3. 당일 입금이 안될시에는 다른 손님들을 위하여 자동으로 예약이 취소됩니다. 만약, 예약이 취소된 후 입금하셨을 경우 전액 환불해드립니다

당일 항공편 결항 또는 지연으로 취소하실 경우 환불은 불가하나, 3개월 내로 다시 예약하실 경우 해당 금액의 사용이 가능합니다.

2. After checking availability, we will send you the bank account information for the deposit via email or text message.

3. Please be sure to inform us once the deposit has been made. Your reservation will be confirmed after we have verified the payment.

If you do not notify us of your payment, your reservation may be canceled due to duplicate bookings.

Please be sure to check the refund policy before making a payment.

The dormitory is mixed-gender, similar to hostels in other countries. (If there is availability, we will try our best to separate by gender.)

If the payment is not made on the day of booking, the reservation will be automatically canceled for other guests. If you have made a payment after the cancellation, a full refund will be issued.

In case of cancellation due to flight cancellation or delay on the day of your arrival, a refund is not possible. However, you may use the paid amount for a future reservation within 3 months.
